ISO Male b-1/3/56
Robert Bruce Prasser was born on 1/3/1956 in Germantown PA in the Florence Crittendom Home. His mom's name at the time was Patricia Prasser aka "Pat". The adoption was with Children's Aid Society.
He wasn't formally adopted until about 5 months of age. It was done in a court near Philadelphia, or in Philadelphia. Mother never wanted to give up baby. I'm married to a half-brother of "Bruce's".
