Looking For Birthparents Of Male Born 8/17/52 in D.C.

I am helping a friend whose adopted brother was born on this date. Any info would be appreciated.

Born 04/30/1954 Garfield Hospital, Washington, D.C.. Adopted from St. Ann's Infant & Maternity Home, then in D.C.
I now am trying to help others that are looking.
