Hi everybody,

I swore I wouldnt do this until the appropriate time, but Im not getting any younger, Im sure many can relate...I am a female adoptee born August 1, 1958 at Buffalo General Hospital. Thats all I know. I remember when I did a bit of researching some time ago New York has sealed adoption records, I am starting to re read all that there is to know about this. Also, I am curious if anyone so desires to help explain, I have been reading that many times Birth Certificates may not be exact, or dates may be altered? Im just curious. Im just starting my search again, have lots to learn I am sure, any advice sure would be appreciated. I have no desire to cause any havoc, Im very curious about family and health issues. Anything else would be icing on the cake.
