Washington State 1946 Adoption
Am trying to find info regarding an adoption in Washington State around 1946. There were 2 children, brother & sister adopted to 2 different families.
Mother was married, divorced, Had these 2 children with 2nd husband. Divorced and went back to 1st husband who didn't want the children and they were placed in Foster Care. Birth Mother did not want them adopted to the same family. Boy was born in 1943, do not know when the girl was born.
