Jenna - I'm kinda lost here! Which post is this reply to? I would to have used it on my thread after being bashed by friendshipbooklet or whatever her nick is. I think it would've been very fitting under those circumstances. I was just curious tho because it was a new thread all by it's lonesome so i just thought i'd ask ya about it.

I couldn't help but think of you ALL day today. I read what you wrote to me about your Father.. I want to extend my deepest sympathy I couldn't imagine having to deal with the emotions of a death, on top of the emotions of an adoptiong.. WOW girl you are a ROCK {{{{hugs}}}} I just want you to remember, God wouldn't lead us to it if he wasn't going to see us through it.. That little quote has gotten me through a lot.

There are so many times when I compare the adoption experience grief period, almost as that of a death. In the begining, the pain is so unable to be put in words.. yet after a while the amount we are truly able to "feel" doesn't seem to be as close to the surface as it once was.

I would like to know more about your story, if you would like to share it with me. I tried to email you, so I didn't have to post this openly, but it wouldn't allow me. Please let me know if I can do anything for you.. HUGS

thank you so much Jamie..it has really been an horrible year for me. It's really sick to think that if at the start of 2001 I had named the worst possible things that could ever happen to me, they ALL happened in the last year of my life...especially the last few months.

I appreciate you wanting to know more. I wrote a post about how hard it is trying to deal with both of these huge losses and i'd love for you to read it. Only I can't find it anywhere! I forget where i posted it..it was a really long time ago. I'm going to continue to look and get back to you k?

Gawd WHY was that so darn hard to find? I COMPLETELY forgot what the name of the post was..it's under dialogue between adoptive moms and birth moms and it's "my baby's amom really hurt me"...hopefully you get a chance to check it out..
