leagel advice
is there some where that a birth parent can get free/low cost leagel help? There are issues that i dont want to get into on an open board. I basically need proof that the adoption was finalized and no one is willing to provide me with the documents I need. It is effecting my hubbys job!

I don't have any advice for you, except I'm sure that there are a few legal services which offer a sliding scale based on income, etc.

I think all you need is proof of TPR. It can be obtained through the court where TPR occurred.
