hello everyone, i am new to this site. i am a b-mom who had a lil girl on 12/18/88. our adoption was at the very beginning of open adoption. she will 18 in dec and i would like some advice on how to begin to locate her. i have 2 other children and they are anxious to meet her as well. i have never kept her birth a secret. i spent time (2 days) with her in the hospital after an extremely difficult delivery and i also went to the agency when she was 2 mos old and spent a couple hours with her. the agency i went thru is no longer in existence. there isn't a day that goes by that i don't think about her and my heart ache for the void in my life.

if anyone can offer any suggestions to me i would greatly appreciate it.

Perhaps it's a good idea to put out the name of your child, her/his birthdate, where she/he was born, your name at the time and any other information you can think of.
this is one place to look for your child.
