What do you think?

I am thinking of getting Belle's bmom a webcam for belle's 1st birthday. That way she could see her even on days that we can't get together if I am at home. What do you think?

Would this be too hard or a great gift?

I webcammed with J&D a few times in the first year. It was hard for me, personally, but others might like it. (I had my own webcam; they didn't buy it for me.)

We did that for my first birthday after Munchkin was born and I will forever treasure those pictures. Forever.

Love it.

I also LOVE that idea.

We did that with my daughter, except not for her birthday.

We went and had their family pictures done at Walmart before we had our fun visit at the zoo.

Bmom, her daughter(that she is parenting), aunt, uncle & his fiance, grandma and great grandparents all came. Plus our family made for one big family picture.

Then we got a 4 generation picture of all the girls together, then bmom and my daughter, bmom and her two girls, two girls together, my daughter with me and her bmom and one with my daughter and her great grandparents.

I bought a big package and divided all the pictures amongst all of us.

I treasure those pictures like you wouldn't believe ....so I know my daughter will too as well as her birthfamily.

Actually just a few months later great grandma passed away so it was truly a miracle we all have those pictures of everyone together. What a blessing definately inspired by God himself!!!

Whenever I'm feeling down wishing we could just be one big happy family(without all the mixed feelings) i just look at those pictures and realize.....what a true blessing we have. What a beautiful blessing my daughter has to have so many people who love her so much!!!!

WE ARE SO BLESSED!!!!

thank you so much for that story. It really solidified my plan. So one thing to cross off my list.
