HELLO THEY CALL ME QUEEN FOR SHORT . I WAS BORN IN WAUKEGAN ILL OCTOBER 20 1978. AT THIS TIME AM LOOKING FOR MY BIRTH PARNETS.TO FIND OUT ANY HISTROY THAT I NEED TO NOW ABOUT MY HEALTH AND FAMILY BACK GROUND . SO YOU HAD AN DAUGTHER OCTOBER 20 1978 THEN PLEASE RELPY TO THIS LETTER .
