I would love to have an e pal too! Can I ask how adoption has affected your life and where you are in the process right now? I placed my son for adoption at birth, and today is his 11th birthday, so it's kind of a tough day for me. It would help me so much to not only chat with someone else who understands, but also to be able to share my experiences with someone who could use the help. Let me know please if you're interested.

Hi Dina, I hope you are doing ok on your sons birthday. I can imagine that it must be hard for you. Do you know how he is? Do you stay in touch? I guess the adoption laws were different eleven yrs. ago and I dont know if you had an open or closed adoption. I hope you are able to hear about your son. I think that would be easier knowing how my child is doing through the years and I hope the couple I choose will agree to letters and pics. I am five months pregnant and am choosing adoption for my baby. I just chose a couple and met with them this past Saturday.(yesterday) At first talking on the phone I felt comfortable with them but after meeting Im not so sure anymore. They are very nice and all, its just a couple of things I did not feel good about. Now Im not sure of what to do. How did you choose aparents for your son? I had talked to some couples before and did not feel comfortable with them. This is such a hard decision to make and I want to be sure I am choosing right for my baby.
