Advantages of adoption for baby and birthmom

I am looking for an article on the advantages of adoption for the baby and the birthmom. I am dealing with a young mom who might be considering adoption, but would want some advantage information.

Thank you!

I placed my daughter for adoption in 1991 and have gone back to school on a scholarship just for birth mothers from the Lifetime adoption foundation. I placed my child with another agency in Seattle and just learned about the birth mother scholarships this year. I qualified with a c grade point average and verification from my adoption from the agency I went though. I was told about it from my guidance counselor.
I say Horary for any organization that is thinking of us long after others have forgotten about us. If you are interested you can find out more by e mailing the foundations non profit office at foundation@lifetimeadoption.com I don't have there number handy but you can ask for it by e mail and an application.
Hope this helps
