DNA Testing
After several months I have finally found and met my ex-gf's daughter who I thought was my birthdaughter. She asked if I would consent to a dna test and now the results came back negative, only 12 of 16 markers matched. We are going to do another test this week with an accredited lab but there's probably a slim chance the first test was incorrect.
After all of years that both of us have been wondering about each other we thought we had found each other and now we are both so disappointed. I guess if the next test confirms the first one then hopefully her mother will have some answers for her daughter. |

I am so sorry that the child you thought was yours is not. Hopefully her mom will have the answers her daughter will need and want.
