Runner's world article July 2009
There's a wonderful article in this month's Runner's World about Suzi Cope, an AMAZING ultra runner who has a "secret".....
I love that this is one more public acknowledgement about birth mothers and closed adoptions and the pain. I think it helps us come out of the closet.... I run (but not near to that degree!) and find it a processing and reflection time to think of my son and process emotions to begin healing, whether a full blown reunion occurs or not. love to all you birthmothers out there...
