Personally, I vehemently disagree with agencies or lawyers who require an expectant mother to sign a form of intent while she's pregnant. To be frank, I don't understand how it's even legal, much less ethical. IMHO, this should be outlawed. I don't see how a statement of intent can be construed as anything other than coercion....
