Anyone Seen Helen Hunts....

Then She Found Me? I watched it last night. I didn't like that the bmom was a liar, and so pushy! I had trouble with how bmom was portrayed. During the scene when it was dicovered she was 15 with a baby and her dad kicked her out the adoptee, Helen Hunt, said, "Just say it, you wanted a life more than you wanted me." and the bmom agreed. I didn't think that was realistic. What 15 year old is ready to parent with no place to live or support?

My favorite scene was at the very end when Helen Hunt wanted a baby so bad and her bmom kept telling her to adopt, and she kept saying the baby had to be from her. Tha last scene is her with a little asian girl. Very sweet.

Tell me what you thought.

Blessings

Hey there,

I didn't see it but it sounds like it wasn't very sympathetic to bmoms.

What channel was it on and do you know if it'll be rerun?

I will stick to the book and not see the movie since it was changed in such a way they might as well should have changed the name of the movie since it went so far from the book.

I watched it online last night and I was not all impressed. It was supposed to be a comedy yet I found absolutely nothing funny about it.
I give it a definate thumbs down
