Just so you know
As many of you are aware, I am having problems with my arrangement. We had a big meeting and basically I have to be the one to call up and ask for a visit because they "are too busy". Ok fine. The agency picnic is coming up next month. I am still paralized with fear about calling them up or even writing to ask for a visit.
Well, as is my habit I send a Thank you to L whenever I receive pictures. Well, I sent a quick note to L to Thank them for the pictures and included a line "Hope to see you at the picnic this year." That is the closest I could get to ask them if they were going. They should receive it today or tomorrow. I am hoping that she calls. I don't want to be home if she does, but then I want to be home when she does.

The funny thing is I know what my therapist is going to say when I tell her about what I did.
She will say something along the lines, "Well, how do you think they will respond?" "How can they know that you are going to the picnic?" I know I can find out if they are or not but I really don't know if I want to call the agency and find out. Maybe E can make a call? but then again she told me that she is going on vacation shortly after our session and won't be back for a week, so I don't know if I can wait that long????
