Adoptee Daughter in search of Biological Parents
I have registered on many places such as this, and have read countless posts in hopes to find something that looks familiar. To no avail. This is a sensitive subject for me, and I tend to become too overwhelmed to make posts, but today I give it a shot.I am seaching, or rather, after almost 11 years of wanting to search and not having a clue of where to begin, I am wanting to begin the search for my biological mother and/or father. I was born on August 31, 1976 in Minnesota, Duluth I believe. My adoptive parents are from Duluth, and that is where I also grew up. I know very little of my natural parents, only slight medical history, and some nationality background. I was placed in a foster (?) home after my birth, until my adoptive parents took me home, around the age of 7 weeks. My adoptive parents do have a letter the foster parents sent along with me, and in the letter they referred to me as "Rebecca Lynn". My adoptive mother has told me that name was given to me by my biological mother when I was born. Please contact me if any of this is familiar, thank you. ![]() |
