Well, it seems like you are being responsible by thinking about placing your baby for adoption because you are looking at the whole picture. You are aware and admitting that you may not be ready to parent a child, perhaps b/c you are young. Besides you have a long life ahead of you. I know your friends are important to you but do you have a gurantee that they are going to be there for you and baby after it is born. A baby will turn into a child, teenager, and adult and it is your responsibility to care for it. There is a good chance that they will not be there forever b/c they are going to continue on with their lives. ADOPTION IS A LOVING CHOICE! There are many couples out there who are ready to be parents but cannot have a baby and desire to be parents.
