ISO BOY/3/29/1983/LOUISIANA-Adopted in Idaho
I'm looking for any information on my son. He would be 23 now. He was born in Louisiana, birth name Morrow. And was put up for adoption between 1984 and 1991 in Idaho. Last seen or heard of him was in Montpelier, Idaho.
1990 I received notice that my rights had been revoked and I was found guilty of abandonment. Upon receiving this notice I tried to get in touch with the Idaho courts to inform them that I didn't understand the charge, when I was told in 1984 that I had no right to any information on him.
