birthday 01/25/81 Utah looking for birth mom and dad

Are you looking for your birth mom and dad? I am looking for a child born january 25 1981 in the state of Utah. The child would now be 23 years old. This child now has a 10 year old brother who is eager to meet his sibling. I have not been able to obtain birth records does anyone out there have any advice?

actually i am a volunteer searcher, looking for my husbands adopted brothers aunts biological child.

sign up with your states national adoption registry, visit medical records at the hospital where the child was born. Do not mention the word adoption, just ask for birth records. register at geneology sites and adoption sites and check them often. wish you the best
