Question Any birthmothers from Illinois...?

I was wondering if there were any birthmothers (or fathers) out there that may have requested non-identifying information about the adoptive parents? My DS turned 19 this past week and I have been denied permission to start communication with him by his adoptive father. At this point I would really like to start gathering as much information as is possible regarding the adoption. I did not get to pick out the adoptive parents and I know nothing about them. Where is the correct place to request that information from? I voluntarily surrendered my DS to DCFS, Family Resources is the agency that handled the adoption, and Henry County is the Court where the adoption was done. Thanks for any advice.
