** Searching with HIPPA regulations
 I'm not quite sure where to post this. I just wonder if anybody has noticed how the current HIPPA (privacy) regulations have changed their search and how? Did you find a way to overcome it to get the information you needed? I'm beginning my search and one of the things i was told to do first was contact the agency and hospital to get copies of my records while i was with them. If hospitals and other agencies are told not to give out information due to HIPPA laws, - which are federal - how do we go about getting that information?Please help! Becky beginning search in NJ
