Looking for Mother's B-parents and My Nephew
My mother was adopted in 1929 or 1930 in Havard, Ill. As I have come to know Ill is a state with closed adoption. I need her b/c for the nursing home she is now in the state of Kansas requires it and has given me one year to get it. She has alzheimers and everyone in the family is deceased. Anyone have any ideas on how to get her b/c? Also in Sept of 1972, my sister put a baby boy up for adoption. He was 9lbs, red hair and I would love to find him. He was born in Phoenix, Arizona
