Can birth parents receive non-identifying information?
I'm new here and I read a lot about adoptees requesting and receiving non-identifying information. Can birth parents request this also?

You should be able to get it if the child is over 18. Try Petitioning the court, going through the agency or attorney where the adoption took place. See if the State has an Adoption Registry.
Scroll to the top of the page, up in the purple bar do you see the Reunite tab? click on it. You'll find some great resources there to help you get started
