born in nj on 12-13-1968

i was born in paterson new jersey on 12-13-68 i was adopted from catholic charities. my mothers madien name was wanamaker i don't know to much i do know that i am dutch and irish, i was about 7months or so.i am looking for anyone with any information on family where abouts.
