looking for birthmother
Hi. My name is Kim and I was born 8/2/82 in illinois, and am searching for my birthmother. any ideas or suggestions? i'm a little lost here... i've posted info on a few registries, and am getting ready to attempt to sign up for the state registry; are there any better ideas out there? I would appreciate any help...

You may want to start by registering with the ISRR at www.isrr.net .
Did an agency handle your adoption. If they did and you know its location, that may a useful place to gather information. Or you can call the Department of Social Services where you were adopted. Best of luck in your search, Barbara ISO bdaughter 6-6-71
