Searching for 2 sons

Birthfather looking to find his 2 sons jason david d.o.b. 6/24/1982 and stephen born 3/1984(unsure) born in MO where mother lived with sister. Mother and Father were separated when adoption took place.Lived in Fort Carson,Co. and Colorado Springs,Co. Birthmother's maiden name was Morse living Colorado Springs. I Miss You So Much. I need some help
