I would like to remind everyone that we at Adoption.Com do NOT contact members offering to search for a family member. Anyone who says they are from A.com willing to search for you is NOT representing us.

We also do NOT give out your email address nor or any personal information for that matter. (If you have this info posted publicly on the forums by a post or the registry, that's of course available. However, we would not give this info out to a caller, emailer etc. requesting your personal information.)

While I do not doubt there are honest people out there willing to help in searches, we all know there are scammers as well. Please use caution and do the research required to confirm they are legit. Please always remember that if they are saying they are affiliated with us, this is not true.

If anyone has concerns or questions, please feel free to pm or email me. And if anyone has a pm or email from someone saying they received your personal information from us and are offering services, please forward onto me.
