Awesome news Leigh!!!
It looks like plans are really firming up for September so I'll let you know what specific date closer but it's between the 15th through the 19th that I'll likely be around  In other news, I had a total Boy meltdown yesterday when I ran into an old best friend....well that implies that I actually talked to him which I was too chicken to do. Ugh. Oh well. I tried to send him a message on Myspace but it's not showing up in my sent mail so I don't know if it went through!!! What to do???? currently freaking out....

How FRUSTRATING tgmom...
Can make you crazy, I know... OK guys. I am truly hoping that the goodnews train comes my way later this year. I'm trying to convince my son to come visit over Thanksgiving. Seems he wants to, but it depends on his student teaching. He also wouldn't mind coming up to visit me and meet some more of the family when we visit next spring, but that depends on his job situation. Just keep it in your thoughts. Speaking of thoughts, thinking of prayers, how are things going for our sweet Kathy?

CRAZY night - it's 3:05 am here and I just got home....stories later, especially for those that enjoy the vicarious living situation we've developed
 Good morning to people that get up crazy early for a Saturday on the East Coast! haha. Okay, I'm going to drink a bottle of water and go to sleep now. "See" you in the morning

Ok.. I'm back. Did you miss me? It was interesting... It's been a LONG time since I've been parted from a computer for that long. (My family was in shock!) My daughter accused me of sneaking my brother's computer. (Didn't happen... he couldn't get on line for some reason, LOL.) I'm trying to catch up with over 300 emails (mostly from adoption.com!

Hey all!
I'm upset I missed the shoe talk. Heidi, I also hit the Nordstrom sale when I was in Portland last week. I didn't really need anything, but thought it would be irresponsible for me not to buy something because I would also save sales tax there. I came away with 2 pair of fabulous shoes...a pair of gorgeous Torry Burch clogs and a pair of Stuart Weitzman lace ups with a 4" heal. When I get home I have to sneak them into the closet. I'm beat. I've been on the road for almost 3 weeks straight, attending conferences and work meetings in six different states. I was at home for only 11 hours last week. But good news, my boss let me cancel my trip to Chicago (I'm crazy about CHI but I'm out of clean cloths and I need my own bed!) next week so I'll be home for 9 whole days! I'm getting ready to pack my suitecase and depart New Orleans in a couple of hours....
