Male- Born July 31,1970 Richmond,VA
My mother-in-law is in search of her biological son, born July 31,1970 @ Medical College of VA in Richmond, VA. I think the final adoption took place in Roanoke, VA with Catholic Charities. She had requested he be placed with an African-American family, which may or may not have happened. The last thing she remembers hearing was that he would be going south. From what info. I have I found, because this took place quite a long time ago, it probably would have been a closed adoption. Also chances of him knowing he was even adopted are unlikely. If there is anyone that can help with trying to find him, it would be greatly appreciated.
