Wow does your child at home know? I think he should have the opportunity to know you even if HE chooses not to develop a realtionship. Do you and your DH discuss this openly. Does he grieve the loss as well?

WOW! How exciting...
Many blessings, may YHVH bless you! I just opened my email like I always do in the mornings and there it was. An email from my BS! I'm still shaking! It is probably the nicest letter I could have asked for. He is extremely busy but says he is looking forward to hearing from me. I can't believe how fortunate I am. I'm still crying. I have to go wake DH husband up now so I can tell him. Thanks for all of your good thoughts! They worked! =)

Thank you so much for all the well wishes! I am still in utter shock.
My DH and I are completely open about this with each other. My DH and BS have already had contact since I heard from our BS. I have even had contact with his amom. ALL of our communication has been extremely positive! My son at home is only 4 and as of right now does not know about his bsibling. If we are fortunate to see our BS face to face then of course we will tell our son at home about his brother. Thursday I walked around work in an emotional daze and today I walked around in a stunned and shocked yet happy cloud! =)
