Here is a site where you can contact the part of the Ontario Goverment.. that deals with adoption issues..
Ministry of Community and Social Services - Adoption Information How does the government help adopted adults and birth relatives find and contact each other? Ontario’s voluntary Adoption Disclosure Register allows adopted adults, birth parents, birth grandparents and birth siblings over the age of 18 to voluntarily place their names on a register to obtain or exchange information in order to contact each other. If your name was on the register prior to April 24, 2006, you will still be on the register. However, you should contact us to ensure your information is up to date in case a family match is found. To place your name on the register or to update your information, please go to ServiceOntario: Making It Easier - Government of Ontario, Canada / Gouvernement de l'Ontario, Canada or call 416-325-8305, toll free 1-800-461-2156. Also here is a web site to visit.. LINKS Post-Legal Adoption Hope this helps.. I am near Colborne Ontario.. I hope and pray you find him.. As a birthmom I needed to know if my bson was okay.. I relinquished in 1965. Jackie |

I just checked the link Jackie gave you and with the assistance of your Mums doctor filling out part of the form, Ontario will search for your half brother.
There has to be a direct medical benefit for one person of the party, i.e. your half brother will understand his risk for cancer. Dickons |

I keep thinking of your mom nightmare_ca.
Dickson.. its amazing how easy the Ontario government has become.. Hubby and I just retired and it was simple as clicking on a button and filling out the form they send.. to get the money we need.. I hope this works.. with nightmare_ca... I am so sorry you are having to deal with this.. Jackie |
