Looking for my Birth Dad

Hi Gentlemen,

I am looking for my father. He wasn't ready to be a father back in 1959 but maybe he would like to meet his daughter and grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He was seeing a young lady by the name of Margaret Ann Horvath.

This was in St. Louis Missouri. I was born Oct. 8th, 1959 and was adopted out of Catholic charities.

Margaret sent me a letter that I finally received two weeks ago and said you weren't ready to be a dad. That's okay. But do you think you think maybe now you would be willing to be a friend?

You men made a mistake and most of the forums all call you sperm donors because you don't want your families to know your not perfect. We aren't your DIRTY DARK SECRETS. We are your children too.

Find us, love us just as you love your "new" children. We are mostly your first borns.

We don't want anything from you but you and your love.

We still want to know you....

Don't be afraid of what to say, just say hi my name is and I knew your birth mom, so in so.

This is a good start. A lot of us know our mom's name but not our dad's.

Girls especially want to be "Daddy's little girl" and a lot of us want to have our fathers.

If you know her number, call her. She's a big girl and she too wants to talk and ask questions. Just answer them TRUTHFULLY no lies and no sugar coating. We know things happen.

@Sodak57 wow, i feel for you, knowing the feelings you have about this, are you going to reach out to her, or wait till she looks for you?
I am planning on making my daughter aware of me when she turns 18, and let her know i would like some kind of relationship with her, but leave it in her decision to have a relationship. she may not be ready now, however I think it will be doing her a dis service to stand idly by and not let her know i am here.
Please follow up with me and let me know how this goes. I pray that you are blessed with the right words to say when you reach out to her.
