Girl 11/12/1986 looking for bfather
My sister is wanting to find her b father. She was born in Tulsa,OK and was born with some hip problems. her b mother was a co-worker of our a mother. Her b father actually came to our a parents home in tulsa and saw her when she was about 5 or so. He came up to the door said hello and then he took a picture of her from another room got scared i guess and ran off. I dont know how he found her the first time but i am sure if he cared then wont he care now? Anyways if anyone knows anything let us know. Thanks
