Support groups in area

Question does anyone know of any support groups in the NY Area for Birth Father's and Adoptee's looking for their B Parents ?. Where you can sit and talk about Questions and feelings, I have been looking for info on my B parents for 10 yrs now,and dont know if i really want to now, because my son that was put up for adoption found me last year. And I see that this can really get families crazy. Thanks for any help with this because I would like to sit down with a group of people to speak about this instead of just online all the time.
Thanks

Hi, Harley...

There are a few support groups in the New York area for both adoptees and birthparents. I know that Adoption Crossroads is a popular one:

Adoption Crossroads
444 East 76th Street
New York, NY 10021
Phone: (212) 988-0110
Fax: (845) 267-2736
joesoll@adoptioncrossroads.org

You can search for other support groups by visiting http://www.childwelfare.gov/nfcad/. They have a cool search feature that I've found really useful. Good luck!
