Hello everyone,

I wanted everyone to know that I have begun my visits with my soon-to-be foster child, Terri Marie. I have had two visits this weekend; they went amazingly well.

She has already claiimed everything in this house as her's. Including me, my mother, my dog, my teddy bears, et cetera.

It is going wonderfully.

I just wanted everyone to hear me say this especially since I had such problems earlier on.

I'm so glad that your visits are going so well. She sounds like a great child.

If you're willing to share, I'd love to hear the story about how you 'found' her and decied to adopt her. I believe I remember that she's in foster care, right? What are you expecting to be the challenges & the strengths of the transition?
