Anyone have holiday stories?

Ok, It's almost February, and I'm hoping we've all decompressed from the holidays. (Mine of course were complicated by the movers showing up the day after Christmas to start loading the moving van.) I'm still unpacking!

My question is, Do you have any reunion stories to share about "the holidays?"

I spent 3 hours packing on Christmas morning, but then spent the rest of the day with D and his family. It was great fun watching the little ones opening their gifts. (Even the one year old was getting the idea.) D's one asister and his aparents were there and it was good to catch up with them.

Anyone else?

Hey Kathy!! :-)

I of course don't have any stories, but as I read others stories in here, I always wonder what it would be like to share a lunch with my daughter and son; one of the traditional Christmas-shopping lunches that I always make sure I spend with my raised daughters.

We run through our lists of stuff we need to buy, sip chocolate malts and eat french fries covered in ketchup.

Simple little tradition I know, but it would be wonderful to sit across from my other 2 children and watch them eat french fries and complain about how much Christmas has cost them so far this year.

That would be neat.

I like that idea for a tradition.

The only story I have is from Thanksgiving and my grandmother is still talking about it!!!
Went to my 2nd cousins house and met up with: Great Uncle and Aunt, the other 2 2nd cousins, a 3rd cousin, cousin, partner and friend.
At one point after dinner we were playing SongBurst 50's & 60's and we all were singing. My poor cousin (15) was trying to get the game going but the whole song had to be sung!!! With sitdown dancing to go along for good measure!!!
