I'm stuck to my puter!

Anyone have laundry piling up? Cat boxes to clean? Grass to mow?

Well I do, and I cant get off my puter! I'm stuck! I cant leave my puter long enough to cook supper some nights and I have to beg my wonderful honey to do it for me!

I say I'm just going to check my email- I bet many of you said that before- then all of a sudden its 3 hours later and OMG you totally forgot your whole family needs to eat!

I think I may need a crowbar to remove me from this chair if I stay any longer, so I'm going to try really hard to get up now before its to late

I think you might have to or I might never get anything done! How about from the hours of 11p to 8a? Just Kidding- but I havent got much sleep the last two nights cause here I am! SO I should add to the laundry, the grass, OH and the dishes, that I need to SLEEP !

Hehe, Shellie....

I know watcha mean.
I used to spend 8 or more hrs at a time on this thing... But I quit that game

But today I can sit here and do nothing. wheee. I enjoy it.
My bf has his pc in the living room so he can just sit here at the pc and watch tv and eat and stuff too.
Course he calls me lazy if i don't do stuff (shall I tell you about the time contraints of my day, grrr) and yet he sits here...

You have a lot to tell and I keep following you around so i can read it. Personaly I'm glad you write

Maybe you should have your bf set parental controls on your pc for certain times

Nahhhhh

LOL

After a year of coming here, and nine months of moderating, I think I finally have it down.

First, I wake up and do the things I need to do...get the laundry started, tiddy up the kitchen and any other cleaning...generally about a half hour.

Then, I sit down at the PC and piddle around. I've trained myself to limit the time I sit here to the time it takes to wash a load of clothes or the dishes.

I sit, surf and whatever, then when the washer is done...I take a break, change the clothes over and piddle around some more.

Come back, surf whatever, and when the dryer is done, I repeat the above.

It's really worked for me...plus, it doesnt seem like I have wasted the day surfing/moderating/reading.

As for the lawn...um...thats someone elses job lol.

Anyway, time to go change my stuff over, bbl

Yeah! That might work! Right now bf is playing Final Fantacy online, so I can sit here unattended! Now I only have 1 hour and 51 minutes to get ready! I've really got to go- I mean it this time!

yeah me too, gotta go, really I do...

I like that plan Brandy, I'm going to teach it to my kids. It's actually something you might consider teaching to college kids... it would be entirely useful.

Study this chapter. Check email.
Hour later, run laundry to laundrymat.
Return home, web surf.
Go put laundry in dryer.
Return home. Chat on IM.
Stuff like that. lol.

Ok I really really mean it this time! I'm going now- so no one better write any new posts in the next hour and a half or I might not make it to Milwaukee on time-!
Maybe thats what you could do Brandy! make it impossible for anyone to post so I could get off of here! (If you ban me I'd just come as a visitor to read the new posts so that wouldnt really work) (and Josh wont do parental controls cause he likes when I sit here so I'm not telling him what he should be doing)

Ok I'm going- remember all- NO NEW POSTS- NOT ANYWHERE ON THIS SITE- I need to leave LOL

Talking Good morning all

I feel that same way.. I just can't stay off this morning.. My hubby even is giving me time by myself today and he is taking both little ones to his mom's house and then they are going to the mall. I guess when they leave I will get some laundry started.. Oh, how I hate to do laundry..

Hugs,

Cathy

PS..Brandy.. I need to do what you do.. Get stuff done first and then get in the computer..

I have to admit..in the past three years there have been times that this board(or the one it used to be) has taken over my life!!! I had to literally NOT come here....I would just stay in chat till late at night....and everyone would be at each others throats...OH GOODNESS! That is why there have been times that I disappeared for months...HAHAHA But just one peek here and I am sucked back in!! We are hopeless....we need adoptionforums anonymous!
