Praying for you Crystal and Good Luck Chuckslilly!

Hi Crystal- I just wanted to say that I am so sorry that you are having a difficult time with not being able to find and know your birthfamily. It is hard also when you are unable to talk with your adoptive parents about your feelings and needs of knowing who you are and where you came from. I am adopted as well and had a closed adoption. I am 33 now and searched for my birthparents when I was 22 after many years of wondering. I had parents that I was unable to talk to about it too. But I knew that I would have to find my birthfamily no matter what. I did, and I am thankful to know where I came from and my medical history. We have a relationship but not what I would like to have after 11 years of knowing her and my 2 half sisters. Anyways, I just wanted to tell you that I am praying for you that you will find what you need to complete and fill any peices missing from your life. Try to be patient and trust in God and it will eventually work out. I also am a birthmom and pray every day that my daughter who is 15 now is ok out there in the world. She had a closed adoption also and my parents gave me no other option. She will be 16 in March and I only can hope and pray that she wants to find me like you want to find your famiy. I will be thinking of you and praying for you to receive what God has planned for you. Chuckslilly, I am happy that you received a gift from you son and that things are looking up for you. Good luck to you. Hugs to both of you!!!
