ISO my b-cousin A.K.A. brother Gregory Todd Xxxxxx DOB 1/7/70, born in Gardena CA. Gregory lived with his 5-female cousins, and Aunt Donna & Uncle Eli for 6 yrs, when release back to his b-mother in 1978, she moved to TX, where she relinquished her parental rights, Gregory was then adopted by a family in Highland Park, TX in 1979. I have his SSN and court papers, but do not know where to begin my search. PLEASE help me find my baby brother...who is now 35 yrs old. If anyone can help...please contact me.
