I really need some help in finding my 1/2 sister. I have been trying to figure out how to find her for about a year now and i dont even know where to start. I know where she was born and about when. my mom is not really computer literate but this is a joint effort on trying to find her. i just need someone to help me get started on finding her.....please help

the main things that i know about my sister is that she was born in lubbock tx at smithlawn maternity home. she was born on May 16 1980 give or take a day the doctor that delivered her was Dr. Lecho. this is about all i know. i am having a hard time figuring out where to start on looking for her.
