Looking for possibly 2 siblings. I was born in Philadelphia,Pa on 1/27/67 and given up for adoption at around 2 years old. Mother, died from surgery complications at around 1971 or 1972. Read a small Bio sheet that said that my two younger siblings were adopted together. The mystery to me is how I born in the state of PA., but through neglect of several foster homes wound up in Birmingham, AL at age 3. The bio-sheet mentions several family members in a general non-specific way( No names, just height ,weight,job,etc.). At one time I had a copy of my birth certificate from Philadelphia, but with my adopted family's last name. I'm guessing Drahn is my father's last name ,but I'm really not sure. I'm pretty confused about the steps I should take to locate my siblings or my mother's grave.
