The Search
It won't be long now before I will be able to afford the cost to hire a CI to get into the court records in the search for my brother. I would like to do some research before I try to make any contact, if there is any.
I will be getting my income tax return soon and that is how I intend on affording this, but before I do this I want to ask you all what all I should do first. I know I should read a book on this subject, if so which one would be best? And I will have to draw up a letter, what is the best way to do that? Is there more I should do to prepare for this event? I mean if it happens. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thank You,
