We have a room set up with bunk beds, a crib, and we even have a hide a bed couch if needed. Surprisingly we haven't got a call.

We figured the other shelter is always stuffed full. Every child we've gotten is under fed, or Horrible diaper rash, etc. because of an enormous amount of pressure to keep up with all the kids there. I've spoken with the lady before, and the number of small children at times sounds over the legal limit. So, I guess we're just wodering why they haven't called. Every time we've let them know we had room before, we got a call with in days. It's only been about 2 weeks. I'm probably just needing to be patient huh?

Good news. I spoke with my certifier and she said they actually have not been getting many kids in. But they definitely will call us when needed.

So that's good. Kiddos staying in their own homes
