We have one more PRIDE class and we are done with that. We have turned in paperwork after paperwork after paperwork. I found out last week that we have to have a background check from the state we lived in previously b/c we have only lived in our current state 4 yrs and 4 months not 5 yrs. After calling the same number for a week with no response I finally got an answer that I was calling the wrong number...4 phone calls and new numbers later I was finally talking to the right person. She said that I can't just fax the form but must get it notorized and mail the original. I am so frustrated...3 steps forward and 2 steps back.

Wow. I see what you mean about being frustrated. I certainly don't blame you.

Good luck with getting everything done. I would also recommend keeping a copy of the notarized form that you send. You just never know when it will save you.
