Scheduling flexibility?
Is there a certain amount of flexibility in scheduling training classes & home study visits?
What about when you have placements and they have visits and appointments and such? My partner doesn’t have a lot of scheduling flexibility. She’s a TSS and her kids/families depend on her to be there. She can take brief phone calls but unless it’s an emergency, she can’t just leave. I think she’s taken 3 sick days and maybe a weeks worth of vacation in the entire 5 years we’ve been together. When I’m working from home, I can flex the hours so long as I get the work done but 2 days 1 week and 1 day the next, I’m at work from 7am to 4pm and unreachable except for dire emergencies. Will this create a problem?
