Unhappy family meeting

We have a family meeting scheduled to go over concerns we've expressed about the supervision during parent visits. Most often we only hear about what happens from the kids (inappropriate conversations), and on at least 3 occassions fighting between the kids in which one invariably is hurt. Once one of the kids came home with a sprained finger and I had to take him to the doctor for an xray. THe transportation person never tells us anything, or if they do it's little more than "it was fine." I just found out today that the kids CASA worker won't be there and neither will their psychologist. Apparently we will be the only advocates for the children (3 all sibs).l During the meeting we are supposed to "confront" the supervision team, and mom on these issues and now that school is in, the kids doing their homework as well. We're not feeling really comfortable with this. Any suggestions? Oh yeah, we've got a new caseworker because last one walked off the job after we had made a formal complaint against him. He had been videotaping the visits for biomom and on at lease one occassion the kids were reciting our address and phone number. HELP!

Why are the CASA worker and psychologist not going to be at the meeting? I would think it would behoove DHS to have them there advocating for the children. At the very least the current cw and supervisor should be there. IMHO it is NOT your job to confront the supervision team, it is the cw's job. Good luick.
