One step closer
My agency finally got everything worked out with my fingerprints and my crim check has finally come back (I did my fingerprints back in May). Anyway, I'm one step closer to being licensed now!!! Now I just have to wait for my homestudy to be scheduled.

Congrats! The waiting for each step is so hard... once your licensed, the wait for a call is even harder!
Good luck and I hope your homestudy gets finished quickly.

The waiting is definitely the worst part. I finally got everything squared away with my crim check and now I'm still waiting for my homestudy to be assigned. It is so frustrating to have absolutely no idea of a timeframe. At least if I knew it was going to be a month from now before they'd call it'd be a little easier. Instead, every day I check my phone a hundred times to see if they've called to schedule my homestudy yet.
Plus, I can't get anyone from my agency to return my calls. I've been calling at least once a week and leaving messages, but that's gotten me nowhere. I guess the waiting never ends. Once they finally schedule my homestudy, I'll be waiting to get my license...then waiting for a call for a placement...Why can't things move quicker? Or at least on a set timeline. I really wish God didn't feel the need to teach me patience right now.

Congratulations! I am glad you got your fingerprints back. I hope they call you soon. I am going through the same thing. I hate waiting. God is trying to teach me patience also. One reason it is so hard to wait is because we are excited. Good luck.
