We just got the call today!!! We were approved on Friday,they called today and we aer getting a sibling group.A 3yo boy and a 5 yo girl.We are so excited and scrambling around for things for the 5 yo.We were approved for 0-3 but we agreed to take both.
We are waiting on them to come today.
I will post back with details.

Well the kids came around dinner.They were very hyper but loving.The little boy is just a doll he looks like a little line backer for the football team.The litle girl is so dainty she is just tiny and so sweet.
They go to court in the moring to see if the children stay in custody or if they are sent back home.
We will see.

Well we servived the first night!!
Yes wishing it is me! how have you been?
Well the little boy is just SO full of energy and rocks and hums himself to sleep.He wont let you hold him and rock him.It is so sad.The little girl is so sweet,we went to town today and she told the greeter "this is my new sister".She is asking why her mommy did this to her and then she will say" my mommy is dead"which she is not. But they give kisses like crazy.
They do however have a problem with a routine and rules.I am trying not to be hard but certian things for their saftey I have to be strict on.I need to know from pro foster parents how soon is to soon to get the kids into your routine? I am trying to get nep time and bed time started right now we will see how it goes.

PS my foster support person today asked me if I would think about a 1 year old down syndrome baby that is in care but the FM doesnt know if she can handle it,so of course I told her we could try if they need us.( since we do have experience with special needs kids)I AM CRAZY I KNOW!!!!

Well we know have 3 little ones in our home! On Friday we got a 21 month old little boy.He is so cute and so sweet.They say it is just until next week when they find him a medically needy home but I do not hink he needs it ,we have asked since we have expierence with medical issues they will let him stay here.
The other 2 are doing good ,starting to settle down. I am so happy with them .

Well are you ready for this!!!!! We have been offered 2 week old triplets!!!!!!!!! Can you belive that!!! We can only get them if they send the 21 mo to a medical home so we will know today.The girls are being released today from the hospital well 2 of them are. If they do not move him then we might still get one of them because they will have to split them up!
I am torn because they will be TPR soon mom signed over rights .We wnat to adopt but we dont want to loose the little guy.It is in God's hands and we will see what happens!

WHAT A BLESSING!!! I would love to have that situation. I have my twins that we are hoping to adopt, but I would LVE to get a set of triplets as well. Then to know the biomom signed over her rights? WOW!!! I do hope they don't split them up though. That is such a special bond and relationship with twins and multiples. I pray wherever they are placed that they all stay together. Especially if it looks like (and it at least sounds that way, ) that they will be available for adoption. That would be so sad to have triplets split up and adopted into different families. Keep us informed. WHat state are you? Are you going through the state welfare or private agency?

Well sad news!
We did not get the girls! They would not let us have 4 under 2.They are not placing J in a medical home yet so we can not get them.2 are going to a woman who does not usually take babies they do not know if it will wok and they do not know if they will place the third with her.I have asked to have her placed with us if that is the case so when they place J we could get the other girls.
So we will see.I said I would not be let down if it did not happen but I am.But I said what ever God thought was best I would accept.
