Becoming a Foster Parent
Hello everyone I just wanted to post something here. My name is Faith and myself and my husband are wanting to become Foster Parents and are really exciting to become one and can't wait wish us luck thank you.

We are starting our classes in January and cant wait!!! I hope this is not wrong but we are hoping to adopt through the foster care system. I hope you get a palcement soon!!! Deb

Hi and welcome to the boards. We have been foster parents for 2 1/2 yrs and although stressful it is the most rewarding thing I have ever done. Keep us posted on your progress and let us know if you have any questions. Good luck.

i just wanted to add on.. and say hi too!
my husband and i were approved 2 1/2 weeks ago, and just waiting for that phone call. i really thought they would have called by now.. just the impression they gave us. but we are waiting by the phone
